Terms of Service
These are the terms of service for using the Meteor dashboard: METEOR. The rules of the Meteor Dashboard are designed for the benefit of all users. Please use the following guidelines for a successful experience of working with the Meteor dashboard.
By using the Meteor service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
Meteor reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features we develop to enhance the current service, which may include new tools, resources, or usability features are subject to the Terms of Service. The continued used of the Service after any change(s) shall constitute your consent to any such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your Meteor account without refund. By using Meteor you agree that Meteor cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service to your Facebook Business page, as you are responsible for all Content settings. You may make changes to your postings through the Content section on the Meteor Dashboard.
Please Observe, the following Rules apply:
Meteor uses Facebook Login to authenticate your account with Meteor; due to this, you are responsible logging back into the Meteor dashboard every 60 days to keep your account current and up-to-date in order to not experience auto-post distruptions to your Facebook Business page. For more information about the Facebook Login authentication by Facebook, you may go to: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/auth-vs-data/.
You are responsible for updating your Account Settings in the Account section of the Meteor dashboard. All information there will be used in your business assets by the Meteor Design team.
You are responsible for updating your Business License in the state that you do business in. Meteor is not responsible for any fees that you may be fined with for lack of proof.
Any creatives (e-flyers, videos, banners, ad designs, etc.) you request, can not contain the following:
Profanity or abusive language
Inaccurate or false information
Spelling errors
Information soliciting an agency and or person that is not related to your business or the intended service.
You are responsible for setting the frequency of posts from the Meteor dashboard under the Content section.
Meteor is not responsible for any Facebook Community Standard violations. Please refer to https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/ for Facebook policies.
Meteor is a tool to help facilitate content flow to your designated Facebook Business page, any advertising/marketing rules, guidelines and standard set by your State and/or Company is your responsibility to apply when using the Service.
Account Terms
You must be 18 years of age to use Meteor.
You must be a human. Not an Alien or Bot.
You must have a valid Facebook login and email registered with the Service at all times.
Your login may only be used by one person. Meteor does not permit multiple people to share a single account. You may create separate logins for as many people as you'd like.
You are responsible for the maintenance of your password. Meteor cannot be liable for any damages or loss from your failure to comply with security obligations to your Facebook account.
Your Facebook Business page may have multiple users, thus you are responsible for the content posted.
You may not use unauthorized or illegal content (i.e. materials that have copyright or not allowed in your jurisdiction).
Cancellations / Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by logging into the Meteor and unsubscribe through Billing in the Accounts section. If you have questions you may use the chat feature on the bottom right corner of Meteor to connect with a Meteor team member, they are available during our regular office hours: M - F / 9AM - 4PM PST. An email request to cancel your account is not considered as a cancellation.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, the cancellation will take effect immediately. No farther charge will be incurred.
Upon cancellation, all your client information (including statistics, name, contact information, creatives and more) may be deleted from the servers that maintained the Service upon your cancellation. Meteor is not responsible for any lost information, and high encourage that you save all of your information before cancellation. Meteor does not delete any posts that were published to your social media channels.
Meteor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account.
Due to the nature of costly expenses that Meteor incurs in due practice on behalf of its clients (including but not limited to advertising purchases, paid staffing, content licensing, and the like), refunds cannot be provided for any services in whole or in part once purchased. In the case of clear and demonstrable extenuating circumstances, Meteor may from time to time elect to refund moneys received at its absolute sole discretion for only requests made within 48 hours of commencement of the billing cycle in question. Such requests must be made by telephone (800-517-0299); chat and email submissions are not allowed.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Meteor reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
All prices are posted in U.S. dollars.
Meteor is not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of Service.
Limited Liability
In no event shall Meteor be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation: damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Meteor family, with the delay or inability to access or use the Meteor family or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any content, software, products and services made available or obtained through the Meteor family, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Meteor family, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if move has been advised of the possibility of damages. Any services or content made available or obtained through the use of the Meteor family, and all other use of the Meteor family, is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results therefrom. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Meteor network, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Meteor family.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Meteor's Designated Agent set forth below. All inquiries must be filed in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512.
